I always try to provide encouragement by saying " just by ticking a box you should have 25%. Your task is to get the remaining 47% to pass" Sounds good but, it still requires work. Thankfully we don't hand out licenses in return for a fee. Yet! But looking at statistical improbability of ever increasing GCSE and A level pass rates.....how long will that be?
