In Canada, 160-190 kHz is similar to the US Part-15 as outlined in RSS-210. The restrictions of RSS-210 can be somewhat relaxed with a "letter of authorsation". The TX output was 5 watts with 0.40 A aerial current to a 100 metre wire. To the true "Part-15" operators, do not be discouraged... the TA quest has not _yet_ been acheived with 1 watt and 15 metres of antenna, but I'm working on it! Congrats to Hartmut. By looking at his capture long enough, I can see 4 N's. Hopefully my LOA for 2200 metres will be updated soon. In the mean time, I've been working on improving the frequency stability on 1600. 73 Joe
