Tuning brought it back to 0.24A. (The ammeter was recalibrated yesterday; it had been reading a bit high.) > I've been looking at the signal at Forest. The aerial has nul towards the west on 2200 and 630 metres and so the Forest reception report was even more of a surprise that your TA receptions. A bit disappointing but motivating. The tower on the far end of the big rotated 'L' is now on the way up. It was was a victim of 100mph winds this past winter. When its up again, the big RL will yield several more dB without the nul if its VLF behaviour is similar to that on MF and LF. 73 Joe VO1NA > -- > Paul Nicholson > -- > >
