The best range is 5 km using a DK7FC E probe and Spectrum Lab with QRSS100. I don't have a GPSDO yet, but Markus says the dual oven osc should be stable enough. I'd like to get a long piece of wire to make a better coil and see if the signals are getting past the near field. If 20 uW is ever realised, I'd be happy to send you a carrier.
