Most likely, it will be contact other similarly licensed 'coastal stations' and perhaps some 'museum' ships. At this point it looks like it will operate from the founders (Steve WA1HUD) home QTH pending the donation of land and other resources. I wish them well but remain somewhat sceptical about the project. -- 73 Warren K2ORS WD2XGJ WD2XSH/23 WE2XEB/2 WE2XGR/1 On Tue, Jan 27, 2009 at 12:56 PM, James Moritz wrote: > Dear Dave, LF Group, > > I looked at the NEHRS web site but am not much the wiser about what the > nature of their project is - do you have any other info? > > Cheers, Jim Moritz > 73 de M0BMU > > ----- Original Message ----- From: "dave.riley3" > To: > Sent: Tuesday, January 27, 2009 4:31 PM > Subject: LF: Re: PROPAGATION WSPR > > > NEWS FLASH > The NEHRS,Inc. has been granted by the FCC the call letter WNE for MF > CW operation on 472 KHz and 500 KHz at a maximum power of 5000 watts... > > >
