John,

I would suggest somewhere between 137.680 and 137.720 for QRSS3. A lot of
the EU grabbers are centred on 137.700, so you're more likely to get noticed
if you operate in this frequency range.

I doubt that you'll be able to get to the UK in the daytime with 30W carrier
power, but with QRSS30 it should be possible after dark.
