Try to get the Mini-Whip outside the building & well away if you can, you should get reduced local noise pickup from house wiring etc. I found that a small change in position can make a big difference.

I'm now praying it doesn't rain before the 1300 schedule as about to elevate the whip through a loft window and see if that does any better:-)
