I do not require absolute acuracy just a reasonable calculation to give me a ball park figure with my exsisting loading coil (which is on 2 formers placed one on top of the other to represent 1 inductor) to compare with other coil types. I want to experiment with alternative types of coil winding & arrangement just to prove to myself whether I can make any substantial improvement to the antenna system. I have other courses to follow as well (grounding & top loading etc) & I will use all the best together in my small back garden. I will document my findings on my web site when I next update (currently under construction).
