1) On 2 very different computers the TX switching of the COM Port = Latches the TX on permanently, TX STOP puts it back into RX mode but only closing = the software unlatches the COM port.

2) Audio out levels are very high, higher than any other Ham software, I = will need an audio attenuator between line out and rig.
