WSPR needs  PC to  be   TIME  LOCKED  = + =20 SDR or  Audio/Rf  frequency  translation
 
Opera   NO   TIME  = LOCK    =20 requirement  ,  and only  simple  CW   = (qrss )=20 Tx  needed 
 
So  can be  sent  portable  using  a  = PIC  controller   or  PC  , using  a  = simple   CW  tx  , if  your  xtal =20 controlled  , then , monitors  can  simply  =20 re-tune  the  RX , as long as  the  TX = frequency =20 is  Known
