Try: http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ Or http://www.no-ip.com/services/managed_dns/free_dynamic_dns.html Your router can usually be setup to broadcast the dynamic IP address or a run a small program download from your chosen dynamic dns supplier.
