On my screen captures I first saw Joe's signal come out of the noise at about 0145 utc (7-10-2003), the signal faded out at 0430 utc then back visible again at 0540 utc. The final fade out was at 0700 utc. We had very strong winds during the night & some of the antenna anchoring points have moved but doesn't seem to have effected the antenna performance.
