I found Wolfgang, DL4YHF, has writting a GUI program to run WOLF (original= ly it was command line only) and it's available here:

I simply unzipped it and ran the WOLF_GUI.exe file.

I set the centre frequency to 1kHz (the tab "Wolf config" has se= ttings for TX and RX centre frequency) and then back on the main tab click= ed the "RX" button. Tune the RX in USB mode to 502.5000 and you= should see a coloured line in the center of the waterfall (Jim's sign= al) then after 12 seconds or so some decoded stuff should appear.

I can't help any more than that, yet.
