I was getting 579 from BOSTON/USA from NC1K on 137 khz over the years on= CW which I thought was good using simple equipment like a manual morse ke= y, home built mosfet class D TX/PA and an inv L antenna, also regular QSO&= #39;S with Russian stations. I am able to do the same on 500 KCS. I am sur= prised you have difficulty with my signal, I expect the problem is your en= d.
NC1K was a professional CW operator (Radio Officer) unfortunately now sile= nt key.

That was me. =A0I wasn't decoding because I don't yet have a decod= er. =A0Had I had one, and given the snr I observed, I would have expected= 100% copy. =A0On the few occasions I have heard Mal, his snr has not been= anything like as good as WSPR.
