I'm not sure, but it looks like your generator = is not=20 rock stable anymore since 19h45 UTC yesterday (1 Feb 13)
It did drift down about 0.003 Hz.  = (Ha ha....=20 0.003 Hz)
Also possible that the trouble is here=20 ofcourse...
Now (09h48) drifting back up to 8970.022=20 Hz
