I've been in contact with Bob=20 regarding Opera / opds frequency selection. We agreed to = rather stay=20 somewhere around 74.322 kHz, as tried successfully in current = WSPR-15=20 activity. This would match up with standard Opera=20 software if the receiver was set to 72.7 kHz USB "dial" for = Op-16=20 mode.
