Opera 4 H, what the hell is that?

No  not  HELL Scriber !

Its  the  audio  band version  of the  Op beacon , best  decode  level 
is  -50dB  ( approx  -55 dB  wspr levels )  sends the  full  call  sign , 
with the  usual  upto  50%  data  loss

Based on the  times  9K stations  TX , the  cycle  is  4 Hours ....... the 
long  mark/space  also  shows  on Spec-lab  so  RX can  be  by  'detection' 
or  'Decode'
