I will print out the whole of that page and see if it makes sense to me.
It will be a few days before I'm ready as I'm trying to sort out my 
aerials and track down a horrible noise source that has sprung up on 
LF/MF since last winter. Last night it ceased about 18:00 local and was 
going again this morning, so it looks like it might be traceable 
(eventually)
Also this morning I took delivery of a James Miller GPSDO, so that 
should help.

If all else fails I will take up your kind offer of email assistance.
