To cope with the current high level of QRN, I have now implemented a special averaging strategy: Each column in the final spectrogram is a 15-second weighted power-average of about 500 10.8Hz-resolution FFT's. The weight factor applied to a single spectrum is taken proportional to the inverse square of its total power. Can any of the N.American stations confirm activity of CFH last night?? If this is confirmed, this is by far the lowest signal level received, and there is no history of them ever running a QRP mode.
