I've just downloaded and installed Ansoft designer (SV edition). Having
discovered it is not a straightforward plug-and-play analysis tool,  I don't
have any desire  to faff about trying every menu option possible.  

The analysis S/W  came highly recommended - or at least ARRL radio designer
did, which seems to have turned into this suite.    

Does anyone know where to get a manual for it - the software doesn't appear
to have a user guide - or I may just have missed it, of course!

Wasn't there a step-by-step guide published in one of the magazines recently
?
