Hi Roger,
In your amateur licence frequency Schedule you will see that quite a few =
bands in the column 'Amateur Satellite Service' it says "Not allocated". =
On your interpretation then, it means you can use it??
I would say that "not allocated" does not mean a free for all!! The =
Authority, quite rightly, still determines the rules.
