A friend of mine found following behaviour:=20
"only upload", not "tx enabled": he shows up in activity list and can =
send
reports;
"tx enabled" he disappears from the activity list and not possible to =
give
reports;
only after second tx-period back to normal.

I somewhat doubt, that this is a WSPR-X problem (alone).
