Stefan,

I just did a simple test:=
I took 2 old LW ferrite= antennas and=20 brought them to resonance at 1.5kHz with a bunch of capacitors.
One ferrite antenna was= used as TX=20 antenna, fed by the 5W active speaker of the main PC in the shack tr= ansmitting=20 the WSPR audio signal.
The second ferrite antenn= a served as RX=20 antenna connected to the mic input of my notebook, acting= as=20 receiver in the living room (a surprised look of the XYL, but= she is=20 meanwhile used to my strange behaviour).
Solid copy in WSPR, = over a=20 distance of 15m.
OK, it's just a very loos= e couple=20 transformer. But it works fine and based on the signal strength (thr= ough a=20 couple of walls) there is more in it than 15m.
