Did you get any response on your request concerning the IC-718 sending below 1.6 MHz? I also do have one and I also do like to get the 718 working on 500 kHz. These days I 'm using the good old T-1154 on 502 kHz, but is drifting down below the 501 kHz (Our limit in the Netherlands). During evening hours (in PAo) you often can hear me via Delft University WebSDR. If on air, my call PAoLCE is on the screen. I hope that you have got good answers on blacksheep.org. 73 Louis/PAoLCE ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brenda Hayes" To: Sent: Monday, October 25, 2010 6:06 AM Subject: LF: IC718 problem > Hello all, > > Despite reference to the usual sources I cannot persuade my IC718 to > transmit below 1600 kHz. > I believe that operation is possible down to 300 kHz. or so but have yet > to find the recipe.
