Hi Roger,
You were asking about small canned inductors for the RX input tuned ci=
rcuit. Several 'locals' have built the pre-amp by EA4EOZ, this uses tw=
o modified IF yellow small cans and works very well. The mod is quite=
 straightforward and might suit your requirements. Take a look at his=
 circuit at http://ea4eoz.ure.es/lfpream.html and you will see. If you=
 decide to use this idea and can't find the inductors, drop me an e-ma=
il, I have several spares and will send you a couple.
