origin. I am just curious about their source.

 of ELF=20
carriers visibile at the author's location ("At my urban location there ar=

several carriers visible, 5.9Hz,8.8Hz,11.7Hz,16Hz, 23Hz and 32Hz") but it=
 does=20
not tell anything about the possible origin.
