OK,  I  will  try it as is first. I will see how much RG-58 I have and
where  it  will  allow me to put it. Luckily we are electrically quite
quiet  round here, unless a farm has an arcing electric fence. I had 2
months  of  terrible noise on LF last summer, and never did find where
the  tick,  tick  tick of an arcing fence originated. I turn our fence
off  when  operating,  the cattle just need a jolt every now and again
and  they keep away from even a shut off fence for weeks. (Famous last
words...).  I  am  tempted  to  put  it  atop my 40 foot lattice mast,
otherwise  I  might  try and get it well above a fairly big pine tree,
with a pole strapped to the trunk. Thanks for the info!
