If you would transmit *WSPR-15* we could get an impression of what would be possible and which time is the best to try. JT9-10 is much more comfortable because you can do some things between the calls, like opening a bottle of red wine! In JT9-1 you always have to watch the monitor! :-) 73, Stefan Am 10.12.2018 19:48, schrieb N1BUG: > Hi Stefan, > > I am very interested in a QSO with you, but I am quite sure JT9-2 is > not going to do it for us! > > Maybe a few nights of good old DFCW... :-) > > 73, > Paul > > > On 12/10/18 1:06 PM, DK7FC wrote: > >> Hi LF, >> >> I just installed the latest slowJT9 version and will run some CQs on >> 137.390 Hz. Yes, actually i wanted to try some JT9-5 but ther was the problem with the 843 Hz limit. 136.843 kHz is to low for my antenna at the moment, so i switched to a faster mode.
For us, JT9-10 would could be the choice. But my LF RX location is not really ideal. If you would transmit WSPR-15 we could get an impression of what would be possible and which time is the best to try.

JT9-10 is much more comfortable because you can do some things between the calls, like opening a bottle of red wine! In JT9-1 you always have to watch the monitor! :-)

Hi Stefan,

I am very interested in a QSO with you, but I am quite sure JT9-2 is
not going to do it for us!

Maybe a few nights of good old DFCW... :-)

Paul

Hi LF,

I just installed the latest slowJT9 version and will run some CQs on
137.390 Hz. Is someone interested in a QSO?

A QSO or reports would be welcome :-)

Dear all,

based om some reaction I might not have expressed myself clear in the
previous mail.

In order to use SlowJT9 version 0.9.11*.1*:

1. Close SlowJT9 (if running).

2. Install SlowJT9 version 0.9.11 (if not already done). The
installation file for this version ca be downloaded at
http://472khz.org/SlowJT9/SlowJT9_setup.exe.
<http://472khz.org/SlowJT9/SlowJT9_setup.exe>

3. Download the zipped SlowJT9.exe from
http://472khz.org/SlowJT9/SlowJT9.zip and unzip it in a temporary
directory

4. In the directory where version 0.9.11 is installed (by default
c:\SlowJT9): replace the existing SlowJT9.exe (version 0.9.11) with
the one you just unzipped (version 0.9.11*.1*).

5. Launch SlowJT9 from the desktop shortcut. Now version 0.9.11*.1*
should run.
