Hi Joe,

Your first attempts to cross the pond is certainly more remarkable than 
my meanwhile almost daily transmissions for the VLF establishment :-)
I just assumed that Paul is the only one who can receive you anyway. 
Also he can tune to your direction which is the back side of my 
direction. So i did not assume that i would lower the SNR in your 
experiments.
Please stay near 8270 Hz, at least with the carriers.
Maybe Paul can tell us if QSY is necessary to avoid a lowering of the 
decode performance.
