I will see where i find the resonance. 2 nF is the measured value. If i 
need a bit less, i will switch another one with a higher C in series. 
That one can have a lower rated voltage then. For 1.76 nF i would need 
14.67 nF in series to the 2 nF C. That one can have 800V only, if the 
total voltage is 6.5 kV. The 2 nF type may not be ideal for RF 
applications but at such a low frequency and just 12% of the rated 
voltage i do not expect problems. I will see if the resonance moves away 
at 6.5 kV :-)

You will soon see a 6 dB stronger signal on my grabber, probably this week.

Fine. I'm looking forward to your results. Leaving a trace in your 
location is not unrealistic, at least on 8.27 kHz!
