I had wondered whether that path might= not be so severely affected by electron precipitation being much further f= rom the poles than the usual E-W working paths. The profile suggests the Dst is due for a dip later but  have not che= cked the Solar wind predictions today. Ah there was a Kp=3D4 just after mid= night but that will not affect the path until probably 23/24th
