Always learning. Always experimenting :-) 73 de Luis EA5DOM -----Mensaje original----- De: Roelof Bakker [mailto:roelof@ndb.demon.nl] Enviado el: martes, 19 de enero de 2016 18:03 Para: VIGILANT Luis Fernández; rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org Asunto: Re: LF: MF TA spot tonight Hello Luis, Congratulations with getting a hit from over the pond. Besides your excellent set up, there are other factors to consider. This winter season, T/A propagation has been unusual. At times there is a decent path to Nunavut, but inland Canada at lower lattitudes and the US are missing. The same has been true so far for NAVTEX reception on 490 and 518 kHz. My guess is that your more southern location is beneficial in regard to the current propagation pattern. 73, Roelof, pa0rdt
