Would be helpful for sure. QRSS10 is a good idea but there are dozens of WSPR RX stations in interesting regions, such as UA0SNV and/or the TA stations.. Thus i would prefer to stay on WSPR. BTW i would recommend him to build a (tuned) loop, if just standard antennas can be used. Do you think he has a serious RX? Is it worth a try? Now these days there is the greyline on the straight way from DL to ZS and i had the idea to run a 50% WSPR burst during the sunset time...
