Hi Andy,

yes of course. Feel free to use it, modify, distribute if (unfortunately 
Borland C is a bit out of fashion but I still love it). Beware of a 
pitfall with 'modern' windows: The good old 'SetSystemTime' function 
doesn't work without administrator privileges. The program can then 
measure the PC's clock deviation but not correct it :(
