Strange that I haven't seen this before on 136kHz band in many years of use here.
But worth investigating your comment, monitoring 55.5kHz as well now.

55.5kHz was used at Rugby so possibly moved to Inskip which is about 20 miles from me.

The signal was QRT at about 1240utc today.
