The captures are from today, 12/11/2013.
The time is shown on my capture as utc between 1000 & 1200utc.

My location is England IO83qo & Henny's is Netherlands JO22md.
Quite a long way apart to be a locally generated signal.

I note that Henny's time stamp is 1 hour different, probably using local 
time.
