Bob & All,

I have placed a capture in Dropbox from my HDSDR waterfall showing the 
state of the 68 to 76 kHz band at my QTH using a Mini-Whip active antenna.

This may help you choose an alternative frequency if required. Also 
showing is the USB area of the spectrum.
