It has been doing the rounds for ages - I remember there were once the 
inevitable long exchanges in the letters pages of Wireless World about it. 
But they don't ask prospective electronics undergraduate students questions 
about capacitors now, in case it puts them off. The question they are now 
asked here is (on a good day) "Can you pay the fees?". On a bad day, it's 
"Can you start now, please?"...:-)
