It runs spectrum lab since over a year, continuously 24/7, without ever locking up despite continuous CPU load caused by the VLF hum remover (FFT-based filter). Even when the fan starts (which it does occasionally, at room temperatures above 22°C), it remains very silent. The only annoyance is when I have to restart it because the windoze update starts bugging me ;) The onboard audio device is really nice, true sampling at 96 kS/sec, flat audio passband to almost 48 kHz signal frequency, and capable of stereo input. The "mic input" can be turned into a real "line input" through the configuration. Cheers, Wolf .
