It's definitely not me. I sent a single character at the start of each hour, so the line is too continous. Also, your Argo is set to 90s dots, and I was sendng 60s dots.The Morse would therefore have been much less wide. You are not the first person to stare at a fading carrier and trying to make QRSS out of it. I'll be back on that frequency on Wedneday. From your pictures, it looks like there's some QRM on 136.3180kHz. Would it be useful if I moved a few hundred millhertz higher?
