The 9kHz_4mHz setting has a waterfall scroll interval of 60 seconds, so a 600 second long "element" (dash or dot in DFCW) will be about 10 pixels on the screen. This is adequate for DFCW600. Beware, the ALPHA transmitters have been switched off again, so you will have to use one of the MSK-modulated VLF transmitters to lock the soundcard's sampling rate, or -if that doesn't work because the signals may be too weak- leave the soundcard running for a few hours before the test, so it doesn't drift too fast during the experiment. For example, the E-MU 0202 used here (if the SDR-IQ is not in use), it needs an hour to 'stabilize' sufficiently. 73, Wolf .
