The signal I see is more than 10 dB down on NAU (40.75 kHz) from Puerto Rico. Similar (negative) results currently on the 'Kiel Longwave Monitor' : http://df3lp.de/spec.png (compare magnitude for some US transmitters, at the moment there's nothing on Peter's graph around 40 kHz.
