A fine argument if VX9MRC was licensed in the amateur service. 

But amateur regulations do not apply as VX9MRC is licensed in the 
developmental service as posting your license publicly would allow 
others to see.

Permissible communication in the developmental service must be clearly 
stated in the license terms.
