Unfortunately, in the image, the carrier on 25.0 kHz covers the Morse=20 code ID. However the other 40 Hz and other pulses can be seen, along with the=20 25.1 kHz, 25.5 kHz, 23 kHz and 20.5 kHz carrier signal segments. From the transmission times in Table 15 it would appear to be RJH99,=20 Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia,14609 km from here. I would just like confirmation of that if possible.
