Dear Alexander,

I don't know much about Linux, but did you read the Sound HOWTO and the 
AX 25 HOWTO - maybe that gives some hints? Besides that, you'll find 
many sound card programs (unfortunately only a few for Linux) on my page

Maybe you can get in contact to the programmers and ask them?
