The challenge on VLF is just higher and the limits harder. Anyway it is a=

feeling to make some distance. On 20m you can buy a TRX, throw some wire=
 out in=20
the garden and work VK in the morning. On LF you have to install a large=
=20
antenna, build your own equipment, care about the losses and use slow mode=
s. The=20
limits may be 1000km, depending on the station. But a 1000km QSO is a much=
=20
better feeling than on 20m, isn't it? And not only the distance is an issu=
e but=20
also all the surrounding communication and process (like beeing in the fie=
ld or=20
in the forest/nature!). Thus, the effort is always worth. On VLF, a 100km=
