I only have external USB cards = (4) for the=20 radios & they do woork well with SpecLab for Rx &  = Tx.
 
Just select the USB onnected card from = the top menu=20  /Options/Audio settings/   then on the small window = "Input=20 device" selection box.
 
Stefan's reply should also help you = with SL but I=20 agree that it is a bit of a learning curve, I think I have tested all = the=20 SL  modes with success.
