Hi Bob,
I have just been checking out the part of the band from 181.4 to 184.4 kHz here and my conclusion is that we have no chance of seeing anything in Europe between these frequencies, because of the 2MW French broadcast station, Europe 1 at Saarlouis, on 183.0 kHz. The sidebands extend over at least the whole of this frequency range.
