is this the  same as the  USA ?=20

As of 30 October 2009 Canada issued two licences in the Developmental=
 Service in the range 504-509 kHz.

  a.. VE1ZZ has been assigned VX9PSO and is reported on 504.6 kHz=20
  b.. VO1NA has been assigned VX9MRC and is reported on 507.77 and 508=
.5 kHz
Two more stations, VE3OHH and VE7BDQ, are expected to become active so=
on.=20
