No one  questioned  the  -18 dB  from  Stefan :) ,  but  as  Jan  notice  -8 
was  his  normal  level  into   tween  sdr ,   the  477  spot  was  going 
sum ! 477  was  quite low  last night ,

W1TAG  136k ta  levels  round   -40  / -35  are genuine  though

We can add  it to  the  list  of  strange  events  ,

If  the  web  sdr's   are  used ,  then  just  make  user  a/c  with   the 
qra  of  the  sdr
and  add  / tween  to  the  call  ,   that  will  show  on the  psk-map  and 
in the  web linked
rx beacons , with  range  and  distance  values as  well.
